ebook Refunds

There are absolutely no refunds on Ebook orders under any circumstance.

When a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Since they are delivered instantly to your email, our automated software does not allow refunds on electronic products.

Package Delivered but NOT Received

If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. 

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Are all books signed?

Due to the nature of drop shipping, you'll receive your books directly from the printer, and as such, cannot be signed.

Alternatively, if you order a print bundle, those will be signed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery, we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The return process:

  • For returns, please email amanda.byrd.books@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Customer Support will provide instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are not possible due to the nature of POD (Print-On-Demand) and Drop Shipping (direct from printer.)
